Sending SMS Text Messages to Your Constituents

Before sending text messages to your constituent base, you will first need to sync their mobile profile numbers to the Global Constituent Repository (GCR).

After your constituents’ mobile numbers are synced with the GCR, you can then send text messages to them from result sets in the Insights Builder tool.

Or via a right-click in the Constituents Module.

These options will launch the SMS Broadcaster, where you will be able to write ad-hoc messages to send to your constituents via SMS text message.
