Fetching Missing Batch Numbers
If batch numbers are not appearing on your income record, you can attempt to fetch them by selecting Options and Update Missing Batch Numbers from the Income Module.
If available, missing batch numbers will be pulled from the attached payment record and linked to the income record.
If the income has not yet been batched to your accounts, then no batch number will be available to be pulled yet.
In some rare cases, Stripe fails to return batch number information to Compass – in these cases, please reach out to Help@Compass-360.org and let us know, as we are able to contact Stripe to recover that information.
