Editing Campaign Names
The name of the campaign that appears on the campaign’s portal can differ from the internal campaign name. For example, you may track all your campaigns internally by naming them Giving Tuesday 2021, Giving Tuesday 2019, etc. but the name you want displayed for donors can be themed to the marketing that year.
In this case, you can edit the Display Name in the Campaign Portal Settings.
Editing Portal Campaign Name
- Select the campaign that you would like to update the display name of. Right-click and choose Edit Campaign Portal Settings…
- Navigate to the Campaign Funding Site tab and edit the Display name on portal field. This is the name that is displayed on your Campaign portal.
Once you have edited the name, select Save and refresh your campaign portal URL to view changes.
Editing Internal Campaign Name
If you need to update the name of your Campaign within C360 entirely, select the campaign that you would like to adjust the name of, then right-click and choose Edit Selected Entry.
Here, in the Campaign Details menu, you will be able to rename your Campaign in the Name field.
Once you are done, select Save. If the name does not immediately change on the Campaigns Module screen, refresh from the top right corner.
