Emailing Invoices

You can email invoices to your constituents from your POS module.  You can include a link that will allow them to pay for an outstanding balance on their invoices.

Navigate to the POS module and click on the Invoice tab. Use the Load Invoices button to add the appropriate invoices.

Right click on the invoice you would like to email to your constituent.

Select or create the email that you would like to send to your constituent.

When adding content to your email, you can add various Mergeable Fields, including adding a link to pay for their payment portal.

When the constituent received the email, they will receive an email with their invoice information, including a link that they can click on to pay their invoice.
