Record Donations via Point Of Sale
If you use your Point of Sales Terminal to records sales of inventory, you can add the ability to record donations, pledges and memberships purchased.
Navigate to the POS module, and click on the POS CMS button.
On the POS 2.0 tab, select Show additional terminal options (Donation, Pledges, Memberships, etc). Selecting this option will add the ability to record Donations, Pledges and purchases of all Memberships that have been enable to show on the terminal.
Now, when you go to the POS Terminal, you will see the options added to record Donations (and Pledges) and Memberships.
If you click on these icons you will be able to add and process Donations, Pledges or Memberships.
Info: Only Memberships that have been enabled to ‘Show On POS Terminal’ will show in the POS Terminal. You can set this by going to the Membership module, clicking Manage Levels, selecting the level you would like to display on the POS terminal and set the Show on POS Terminal field to true.
