Manage Event Tickets

In the Tickets section, you can create ticket types and make them available for on-line purchase.

  1. Click the Tickets section and click Add Ticket Type.
  1. You will be asked to fill out the basic information on the ticket type.
  • Enter the Name of the ticket and Description. These will appear on your registration page
  • Define the Number of Seats that come with this ticket type i.e. Couples ticket comes with 2
  • If you need to track a finite number of this ticket type, enter the number of Available Tickets and Compass will restrict this ticket from overselling. If there is no limit, leave this set to -1
  • Enter the Ticket Price
  • Compass can track tax on the ticket if applicable
  • If the ticket has a Tax-deductible amount, enter the value in this field. Leave at 0.00 if not.
  • If this ticket requires an Access Code to expose the ticket, enter it here.
  • To make the ticket active and available to Show Online, set this field to true.
  • If there is a cap to the number of this ticket type that can be purchased in a single transaction, enter the number in Max Online Purchase. If not, leave the default of 15.
  • Compass can track Early Bird Pricing for tickets if applicable. Check the box to activate the early bird pricing fields. Define the early bird price and cutoff date for Compass to manage.
  • Leave the Attendee Type Linkage set to Guest.
