Reallocating Income to a Different Fund

You can use Compass-360 to allocate income to specific funds. If you for any reason need to back out a batch of income from their current allocation, and reallocate the income using different fund allocation rules, you can do so.

1. Go to the Income Module and load in the income records for that batch.
2. Select the income entries that have been misallocated, right click on the entries, and select Batch clear allocations. This will clear the all the allocations for all of the selected income entries.
3. Once you have cleared the existing allocations, you can reallocate the income with your new income allocation rules. Select the income entries that you would like to reallocate. Right click on the entry, and select Batch process income allocations rules. When the process is complete your income will be reallocated.
