Closing a Campaign Portal
You can close a campaign portal so anyone who visits the page can no longer donate.
Pro-tip:
The campaign will still be available for your records. Set the status to Complete so you can quickly filter only active campaigns.
Campaign Closed Settings
Select the campaign that you would like to close. Right-click and choose Edit Campaign Portal Settings…
Navigate to the Campaign Closed Settings tab. Select the box at the top to close the campaign. This will remove all content from the campaign portal except the title of the campaign and replace it with your optional closed campaign message.
The content of the message area is completely customizable.
