Event CMS Setup

General Settings

In the General Settings Information section, update the following information if needed.

Fields

Event Name

Enter the name of the event.

Event Description

Enter a short description of the event.

Event Tag Line

Enter a tag line for you event that will appear on event portals.

Event Type

Select the appropriate event type.

Event status

Set the event status.

Event Venue

Enter the venue for the event.

Event Date/ Start Time/ End Time

Enter the date and time that the event will be taking place.

Activities

In the Activities section, if needed, update the selections of all the activities that will be occurring at your event.

Main Image

In the Main Image section, you can update the image that you would like to appear on your portal.

Full Event Description

In the Full Event Description section, you can update the longer description of your event which will appear on your portal.

Color Theme

In the Color Theme section you can update the color themes that will appear on your portal. This article will give you additional information about setting up portal colors.

Portal Fields

In the Portal Fields, you can update what information will be gathered from ticket purchasers and attendees when they are purchasing tickets from your portal.
