Tables & Seating
In the Tables and Seating section you will be able to set up your tables and your seating. If you will be using table captains, you will also be able to use this section to setup your table captains.
Start by setting the Seating Style and defining if there will be Assigned Seating or Open Seating.
Open Seating
Select Open Seating if your guests will not be seated in a specific table.
Fields
Event Tables
Select this option if there will be tables at your event.
Number of Tables
If you selected to have Event Tables, you can indicate how many tables you will have.
Number of Seats
If there will be tables, indicate how many seats there will be per table.
Enable Guest Self Management
Select this option if you would like to give you guests access to a guest portal for your event.
Assigned Seating
Select Assigned Seating if your guests will be seated in a specific table.
Fields
Event Tables
Select this option if there will be tables at your event.
Number of Tables
If you selected to have Event Tables, you can indicate how many tables you will have.
Number of Seats
If there will be tables, indicate how many seats there will be per table.
Create Initial Tables
Click the Create Initial Tables button to create the number of tables, with the appropriate number of seats assigned to each table.
Enable Table Captains Support
If you will be asking Table Captains to help fill your tables, select this option.
Enable Guest Self Management
Select this option if you would like to give your guests access to a guest portal for your event.
