Guest Statuses
The following are the statuses you might see for your guests on your Event Guest List.
Invited
Means that the table captain has invited the guest via the Table Captain’s Portal, but have yet to respond with whether or not they are attending.
Confirmed
Means that the invited guest has confirmed their invitation and has completed the registration process online.
Registered
Means that you completed the registration for the guest via Compass-360.
Online Pending
Means that the guest has confirmed and completed the registration, but there is currently either no matched constituent record for the guest, or no record exists for them. These guests can be batch confirmed via the guest list.
Additional Statuses
Additionally, invited guests status can be changed to Declined if they respond in the negative to their invitation, and Purchaser Only individuals are those who purchase tickets, but do not intend on attending themselves, and as such allocate their tickets to other guests.
Changing Guest Statuses
To change the status of a guest, right click on the guest from the guest list and select Update guest status… from the options.
Select the appropriate status, or denote the guest as a purchaser only, and click Save.
