Managing Invoices & Receipts

Linking attendee records with a constituent record is important for Compass to accurately link and track invoices and receipts with constituent records. If a guest has registered on-line or been registered manually and has been linked to a constituent, Compass will display an invoice icon next to the gust name.

A red icon indicates that a payment is still owed.  A blue icon indicates that payment has been received. You can easily see who still owes payment from your guest list.
