Viewing & Editing Income Records
Single Record
Once data is loaded, double click on a row to view the details and actions in the sidebar.
Click on the arrow icon to expand any of the sections and view the details.
To add information simply click the icon next to the section.
Batch Actions
Highlight multiple records to open the batch actions sidebar. This will allow you to modify or preform an action across the highlighted records in the table.
To select all records type CMD / Windows + A.
To select a set hold Shift and click between two records.
To select specific records hold CMD / Windows and click individual records.
Summary and Totals
After loading income into the table, summaries and totals will be loaded at the bottom of the table. So for example I could load all records for a given constituent and see the
- Record Count
- Total amount
- Average
- Largest
- Smallest
