Prospects Management

The Compass-360 Prospect module has 2 primary purposes:

  1. Providing you with a place to store incomplete information about a constituent that you are currently cultivating.
  2. Providing you with the ability to create targeted prospect lists for existing constituents that you are cultivating i.e. a group of constituents that you are targeting for a board position.

Right click on a record to review expanded actions that can be taken for a prospect record.

Edit Selected Entry – open the record for editing

Create Constituent from Prospect – instruct Compass-360 to convert the prospect record into a full Constituent record. You can control what type of constituent record is created and the data that is brought over.
